My husband and I are the process of buying our first home. We make an appointment. Top pre-approval and then begin visiting homes. Can not exceed I know that lenders approve a rule, much of it is what is recommended to borrow, and I wonder if someone give me a good recipe, as we qualify for versus how they should ideally -- I tried online calculators, but they are all so different! We 85000/year and 700 monthly debt. Also - even before the permit expires, if you find a house within the specified time, we again pre-approved? Thank you for your help!

The best approach would be to determine how much you can afford. Consider the home you want and how much. Have the lender monthly payments and if you think that is too high, lower the price. Once you handle the monthly payment you can determine, then every month that the price of the house you've got it started. There are many income / no doc loans with interest rates, which do not even care about their income. All you need a good credit history. I work for Citibank and that's what 95% of home buyers the case.
Mostly pre-approval is for 3 months, which I think is valid for a long time. If for some reason ends and has not found a house, then yes, you need a different card. But it is not easy. The creditors will get another credit check performed. Good luck house hunting.

You can always reduce the amount of shopping at home reduces your monthly payment. Since you have already been granted to know the interest, depreciation, and you have the sale price, so you can easily find the monthly payments.

After both sides of the equation, it is easy to understand the other. So, keep your monthly budget.

Approximately one quarter of their monthly net income is a reasonable payment. And yes, if you can not find a new home in the delays in the approval process must be done again. Have you discussed and points of interest with the bank or company with your loan package? And you should have the right to shop.
